We are not an agency, an accelerator, or a room full of advisers. We work inside the venture, close enough to the product, customer, and capital decisions to be accountable for the outcome.
Our first job is to find out what is true. Does the problem matter? Will someone pay to solve it? Is the market ready? Is this team prepared to do the work? We test those questions early, because reality is cheaper before a company gets large.
When the evidence holds, we commit. We help build the company, open the market, prepare the round, and invest our own capital. When it does not, we say so and change course.
